Jim Johnson has over 20 years of experience managing quality operations, with a particular expertise in supporting the fast paced demand and rigorous quality requirements of the aerospace, automotive and medical industries. Jim is particularly expert in identifying key quality principles and objectives for the organization, in order to monitor, measure and drive continuous improvement through cross functional teams and initiatives. Jim has led DSI through many extensive external customer audits and audit registration renewals, including a new accreditation to the ISO 9001:2015 standard upgrade. All this enables DSI’s efforts to continuously improve efficiency and consistency throughout our processes, and support our focus on customer satisfaction.
